Nikhil earned his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Ontario Tech University before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor. During his academic career, he was recognized for his outstanding achievements by being named to both the Dean’s List and the President’s List.

With more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Litigation, and Family Law, Nikhil has built a reputation for strong advocacy, integrity, and a strong work ethic. He is also the founder of one of Vaughan’s fastest-growing law firms, reflecting his entrepreneurial vision and dedication to client success.

Rohat is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer specializing in Real Estate Law, Litigation, and Wills & Estates. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business and Law, a law degree from the University of Leicester, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the prestigious University of Toronto. His diverse academic background provides him with a strong foundation in both business and legal strategy, allowing him to deliver practical and effective solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.

Prior to joining Marathon Law, Rohat gained valuable litigation experience at a prominent law firm in the Greater Toronto Area, where he worked on a wide range of complex legal matters. His experience advocating for clients in high-pressure environments has strengthened his analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate challenging legal disputes with confidence and precision.
